Stunning location of the hotel close to everything. Really enjoyed our room that was kept very clean and available with a balcony as well as nice big bathroom.

The hotel and room were clean. This venue was set in a central area really close to restaurants and the centre of Tulum and the beach. It also was eager to help you with everything.

I loved that it was clean and modern, the staff were super-friendly and rooms were amazing. The location was stunning and particularly good there, close to everything. I had some drinks at La Negra Tomasa, positioned 700 feet away.

The place is cute, the staff are outstandingly accommodating and extremely accommodating.

The rooms are big with extremely comfy beds and smoke detectors. The setting is unbeatable and particularly good, close to bars and Mexico.

Place was incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable, thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The suite had basic facilities you need, a personal safe, climate control, and a TV set. The bed was very comfy and I slept very well. The hotel was set in a central area just next door to Tulum to party and the garden area by the pool, which is lovely...

Stylish, luxurious, and well-designed accommodation, this hotel boasts exclusive amenities that cater to your every need. the room advantages are exceptional, with comfortable beds, high-quality shampoos and lotions, and other little touches that make your stay extra memorable. the friendly and sincere staff will ensure that your stay is peaceful and relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool is beautiful with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas that offer shade in the hot sun.

The only minor issue that some guests might have is that the venue can get a bit noisy in the evening with live entertainment and music playing on the rooftop bar. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious. the exclusive amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, really gave us a high, end experience. the room advantages were impeccable and the private facilities were a real treat. the restaurant was amazing and the special diet menus were very accommodating as well. Everything about this hotel screamed five, star quality.

The only minor issue we had was the lack of visible prices for drinks at the bar/lounge area. However, this was quickly resolved when we asked the staff.
